Spend a S&A night
on a “Wild Cat Island”
in the River Trent
Thanks to 2nd Beeston Sea Scouts who will ferry us from Beeston Marina to their Barton Island on Saturday at 11 and not pick us up until Sunday at afternoon
Ideal for those who can manage with no electricity and running water!!
Practice your campfire cooking; bring your own food (or fishing rod) and tent; Lots of space to camp and some bunkhouse space also available.
£20 per person for the 2 days –(this is the charge made by Beeston Sea Scouts)
but we hope to be able to offer Junior TARS a reduction – Watch This Space!
p.s. really we plan to have an open canoe so not quite abandoned- see here for last time we went
